On July 25, 2024, Zhangjiagang GERMAO Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. held a "2024 Half Year Summary Meeting" to jointly summarize the overall achievement of the company's indicators in the past six months and the development plan for the second half of the year, analyze the current industry development status, and plan development goals and directions.At the beginning of the meeting, the general manager summarized the achievements of our company in the first half of the year as follows:The production of aluminum profiles in the first half of 2024 is 4500 tons. Compared to 2023, the year-on-year growth is 5%.Up to now, there are a total of 5010 types of aluminum profile specifications. It can achieve customized production of multiple varieties, specifications, and materials (6060 6061 6005 6082 6101 6063 6005A 3003 5052 7003).
Outlook for the second half of 2024:
1. Further strengthen the digitization and systematic management of production.
2. Technical Department: Familiar with Chinese and international industry standards, including GB/14646 GB/5237 EN755-2 DIN-EN755-9 EN573-3 ASTM B221, improving design, enhancing risk assessment capabilities in aluminum production, fundamentally improving the qualification rate of aluminum, and continuously cultivating technical talents.
3. Equipment Department: Standardize machine operation training, focus on new equipment, improve old equipment, and reduce worker operation intensity.
4. Production department: Workers should prepare for production and always ensure that personnel, materials, and machinery are in good working condition.
5. Optimize marketing channels, methods, and directions.
6. Improve production plans and deliver on time.
7. Analyze the assessment of personnel administration and various training programs.
